Each room has access to a private outdoor patio with a table and a large “Etruscan” garden with sunny and shaded relaxation areas, a covered veranda, and a barbecue. The building housing the rooms for vacation and tourist stays is GAS-FREE, meaning no gas is used for heating, domestic hot water, or cooking. The system is powered by a 6 kW photovoltaic system, with 12 kW storage batteries and an air-to-water heat pump that produces hot water for domestic use and heating.
